As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in 4–8 business days.
How to track your package
- Open the shipping confirmation email from TURBO TECH (check your spam or promotions folder too).
- Click the tracking link, or copy the tracking number into the carrier's website.
- You can also sign in to your account (the person icon at the top of the store) to see your orders and their status.
Ordered more than one item?
Items may ship separately from different US warehouses, so you might receive more than one package and more than one tracking number.
Need help?
If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days, or your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, email support@shopturbotech.com with your order number and we'll look into it.
