How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from our US warehouses within 1–2 business days and arrive in 4–8 business days. Shipping is free on every order, and you'll get a tracking number by email.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at the moment. We ship to all US addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses (these may take a few extra days).
Will the magnetic mount work with my phone?
It works with MagSafe iPhones (iPhone 12 and newer) and any phone with a MagSafe-compatible magnetic case. For other phones, choose our Universal Car Phone Holder, which grips any phone from 3.5 to 6.8 inches.
Will the suction mount stick to my dashboard?
Suction mounts need a clean, smooth, flat surface. They may not hold on leather or heavily textured dashboards. In that case, use the windshield or the air vent clip.
Will the Bluetooth FM transmitter work in my car?
Yes, if your car has a 12V–24V socket and an FM radio, which covers almost every car and truck. For the clearest sound, tune your radio to an FM frequency with no station on it.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can return any unused item within 30 days of delivery. Email support@shopturbotech.com first and we'll send you return instructions. See our Refund Policy for full details.
My item arrived damaged or isn't working. What do I do?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is handled by Shopify with full encryption. You can pay with card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay.
